Materials technology: ECO [epichlorohydrin]
Epichlorohydrin has properties similar to nitrile rubber but with better heat, oil and petrol resistance, specifically:
- excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and ozone
- good low temperature flexibility and gas permeability
- good weatherability.
